Ice Cube Turns Down $9m Role Due to Vaccine Requirement
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Ice Cube had signed on to star in a Jack-Black-produced comedy titled Oh Hell No. However, due to a request for all cast and crew to be fully vaccinated by the time shooting starts in the winter, the rapper has walked away from the project.
The movie, which also stars Black, would’ve earned the Ice Cube $9 million.
Of course, Ice Cube can afford to fumble such a sizable bag because he’s worth $160 million, but yikes. What a sad hill to die on.
