Barbados Officially Gives Liz the Boot
As of midnight of November 30, 2021, Queen Elizabeth has officially been removed as Barbados’ head of state as the country. As previously announced, Dame Sandra Mason will assume the role of the country’s very first president after having served as its governor-general for three years.
