NYC Subway Murderer Identified

NYC Subway Murderer Identified

If you’ve been on social media this week, you’ve probably come across the horrific video where an ex-marine murdered an unhoused man who was having a mental health episode on an NYC subway. New York’s chief medical examiner has since ruled it a homicide. The ex-marine was never arrested.

Major media outlets have been quick to characterize the deceased, 30-year-old Jordan Neely, as being the aggressor, but that simply doesn’t line up with any of the accounts of what happened.

The media has also gone above and beyond to keep the killer’s identity a secret, but he has now been identified as 24-year-old Daniel Penny. And according to new reports, he has retained defense attorney Thomas Kenniff, a Republican who lost the Manhattan DA election to Alvin Bragg.
