Jamie Foxx Accused of Sexual Assault in New Lawsuit
A woman identified as Jane Doe is accusing Jamie Foxx of sexual assault in a new lawsuit. She claims the incident took place on the rooftop at Catch NYC in August 2015.
The accuser said she and a friend took a photo with Jamie, after which he pulled her to the back area of the rooftop and put his hands under her top to rub her breasts. She also claims he put his hands down her pants and put his fingers on and in her vagina and anus.
According to TMZ, the accuser said there were witnesses (including a security guard), but they all chose to walk away.
The accuser claims she was injured and had to undergo medical treatment. She also says she suffered emotional distress.
In addition to Jamie Foxx, the suit names Catch and its employees. The accuser is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
