Jimmy lovine Accused of Sexual Abuse in Court Filing
In a summons filed earlier today in New York, Jimmy Iovine is being accused of sexual misconduct and abuse. The accuser, identified as Jane Doe, says the Interscope Records co-founder “sexually abused, forcibly touched, and subjected to sexual harassment and retaliation” in August 2007.
The summons is a precursor to a forthcoming lawsuit, which will be for assault, battery, and violations of the Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act and the New York City Human Right Law.
